1. What we collect

When you submit an inquiry or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), country and your message. We also record how you arrived at this website — the referring site, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and the page you first landed on — so we know which channels bring genuine trade enquiries. We do not build browsing profiles of individual visitors, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

For aggregate visitor statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not identify individual visitors: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint devices and does not track you across other websites.

Our forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile: on pages that contain a form, your browser loads a script from Cloudflare so it can confirm you are a human rather than a bot.

We also process the country derived from your IP address to apply regional availability restrictions and to protect the site against abuse (rate limiting). This is not stored together with your inquiry.

2. Why we collect it

We use your details solely to respond to your inquiry, send you the newsletter you requested, and — if you are a trade customer — to prepare quotations and arrange compliant shipping. We never share your information with third parties except where required to fulfil your request (e.g., logistics providers).

3. Storage

Inquiries and newsletter subscriptions are stored securely. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@topbai9.fun.

4. Age restriction

This website is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their country of residence. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
