1. What cookies we use

We use only a minimal, strictly necessary set of cookies:

• baijiu_age_ok — remembers that you have confirmed you are of legal drinking age, so we do not ask you on every visit. It is stored for 1 year.
• admin_session — set only if you sign in to our private administration area. Ordinary visitors never receive it.

We also use your browser's local storage (not a cookie) for the same age-verification purpose, and to remember how you first arrived at this site. That record holds only the referring site and any campaign parameters in the link you followed — never your name or email address — and it reaches us only if you choose to submit an inquiry or subscribe.

For aggregate visitor statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-less: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track you across other websites. It records anonymous, aggregated figures such as page views, referring sites and country.

One third-party script is loaded on pages that contain a form: Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our contact and newsletter forms from spam bots. It is provided by Cloudflare, used solely for security, and is never used for advertising or to build profiles of you across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing tags or third-party tracking pixels of any kind. We process the country derived from your IP address solely to apply regional availability restrictions and to protect the site from abuse. If we ever introduce advertising or personalised tracking, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before doing so.

2. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will not affect the core content of the site, though you may be asked to confirm your age more frequently.
