Kouzijiao has distilled in Huaibei, Anhui, since the Sui and Tang dynasties. Its signature achievement is Jianxiang — a 'blended aroma' that weaves the rich weight of sauce-aroma spirits with the bright, fruity lift of strong-aroma spirits in a single bottle.
